This being said you will want to be more careful of the traffic that comes through on a day in day out bases especially if a dent is not something you want in the flooring. Many times you will find that this flooring has a finish that is satin in order to disguise some of the denting that can take place.

If you live in an environment where the humidity is a little unstable then you will be glad to know that the walnut floors are more stable than others. This will also help in making it more suitable for heating systems that might be radiant meaning they heat from under the flooring.

One of the most important things about this wood is that it doesn’t even require a stain. This is because of the fact that the wood is just beautiful the way that it is.
